Primarily experienced with the regulatory requirements for the safe manufacturing of food in the United States. This includes infant formula, dietary supplements, conventional foods, and medical foods.
Have limited food auditing and consulting experience in Asia, South America, Canada, and the EU.
Also experienced in Global Food Safety Requirements (GFSI) and have helped sites improve their quality systems and supporting programs to help them meet GFSI requirements.
