We conduct audits of food manufacturers and provide consulting services as needed. We work to ensure the safety of all food products that reach commerce. This includes inspection or consulting for high risk powder and liquid processing and filling (pouch, can, or aseptic fill) or review of finished product, ingredients and packaging systems and manufacturing operations to identify issues and gaps. We work with sites to identify and close gaps to GFSI requirements (SQF, FSSC22000, etc) and current federal, state, and local requirements.
